"I cannot say enough awesome things about everyone and everything at this facility."

I recently had a laproscopic hysterectomy on Good Friday. I had been dreading this for over two years, looking into ALL my options this was clearly the only way to get rid of my pain & overall misery.
My surgeon & Gyno. Dr. Han did an amazing job & was extremely thorough making sure all my meds, consents signed, bloodwork was all completed prior to my surgery. Veronica is her nurse & I called for whatever questions, she took excellent care of me & made me feel like what I needed was important & she actually cares.
The hospital team was outstanding!! From the pre-admin nurse, to the CNA's, OR Tech's, to the PAT's to pre-op RN's. EVERYONE went above & beyond. Super friendly, helpful, great bedside manner, I knew I would be taken good care of - I had no worries.
The hospital was immaculate. I work in the dental field where we do surgeries as well & I can honestly say this place was freakin' on their game. The surgery room was unbelievably sterile. As much as the meds hit me on the way there, I was still fully aware of the sterility. As I was recovering, everyone took the time & effort to constantly check on me & my vitals, watching over me carefully. When I was awakened at night the nurses were very polite & let me know that they were there to check on me & see how my comfort level was. I was super eager to go for a walk around & when I called a nurse for a walk or anything, I never got an attitude or no one showing up forever. Instead they would come right away & were happy to help me get up & feel better.
I cannot say enough awesome things about everyone & everything at this facility. After recovering for a few days at home, I received a hand written & signed card by all the staff who were involved with my care. Who the heck does that?!
